The traditional 'ramato' style of rosé produced exclusively from Pinot Grigio. Careful handling in the vineyard and winery, and a short soak in the press to extract the natural dusky bronze colour of ripe Pinot Grigio grapes, gives a pale, coral pink wine. An elegant and dry rosé.
 
A pretty, delicate, copper-coloured rosato. An attractive, lifted nose with fresh lightly floral aromas, and hints of white peach. Gently rounded palate with ripe orchard fruit and a hint of redcurrants. Zesty citrus fruit on the finish with lively acidity.
