Halliday Wine Companion 92 Points
A gorgeous cherry-pink hue. Heady aromas, as usual, of rosewater, watermelon and fairy floss; same on the flavour front with summer berries, raspberry lollies and sweet spices. It’s refreshing, sweet and that nice prickle of natural CO2 gives a lightly fizzy sensation. 92 Points, JH, 2025.
The wine has an immensely appealing bouquet of rosewater and Turkish Delight, intertwined with orange blossom and musk. The spritzy palate is brightly fruity, displaying fresh strawberry and Turkish Delight flavours, combining zesty fresh acidity with around 80g/l of residual sugar to deliver a supple, fresh and delicate finish.
Utterly Delicious!!!
