The nose gives aromas of pungent citrus, tropical fruits and hints of wildflowers. A soft textured palate balanced with its vibrant acidity, apple, lemon and melon, leaves a fruity and harmonious finish. Cool blue bottle which label shows you when wine is at correct drinking temperature.
 
1 x Diez Siglos Rueda Verdejo, DO Rueda , Spain- 13%
Intense aromas of ripe citrus and herbaceous notes. Full-flavoured and fresh on the palate with tropical flavours, lemon zest and green herbs. Bright and clean with a balanced finish.
 
1 x Domaine de Castelnau Garenne, Sauvignon Blanc IGP Pays d'Oc - 12%ABV
This wine is light yellow in colour. The nose is very expressive and complex with a distinct minerality followed by aromas of ripe peach and nectarine. The palate is fresh and fruity with a rich and well balanced mid-palate. Floral and lychee flavours extend into a long lemony finish.
 
1 x Alasia Gavi, Gavi DOCG, Piemonte, Italy - 11.5%ABV
Appealing aromas of citrus and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has orchard and stone fruit characters and a gently rounded, lightly nutty texture. Refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality.
 
1 x Vila Nova Vinho Verde, DOC Vinho Verde, Portugal- 11% ABV
Great tasting, modern Vinho Verde from the super reliable Vila Nova estate. Floral, citrus and gentle tropical aromas lead on to a palate which is deliciously off-dry with flavours of ripe melon and sherbet lemon acidity. The finish is refreshing with a classic spritz.
 
1 x Baron de Badassière, Viognier IGP Côtes de Thau - 13.5% ABV
This Viognier is made in a fresh, modern style. It offers subtle aromas of almond and honey on the nose. Rounded on the palate, with guava and apricot flavours, it is balanced by a refreshing acidity on the finish.
