Hebo was the name of an ancient Etruscan settlement in Suvereto. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and a little Sangiovese to retain the regional character, reflecting the rich soil in which it is grown in the Val di Cornia.
 
This wine is bright ruby red in colour. On the nose, there are fresh aromas of black cherry, violet and blueberries which are complemented by hints of vanilla and minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury with well-integrated tannins.
