Zapallar Sauvignon Blanc is an intense and complex Sauvignon Blanc. The typical varietal aromas are accompanied by a unique saline character due to the proximity to the sea. The wine’s complexity and richness is enhanced by a cool, month-long fermentation and ageing for 4-5 months on the lees. The nose displays aromas of pineapple, guava, pear and hints of grapefruit. It is a fresh and light-bodied wine with a vibrant natural acidity, notes of boxwood and tomato leaf and a subtle saline touch on the finish.
