The wine is produced from 100% Primitivo sourced from 50‑year‑old vines trained in alberello (bush vine) and espalier systems. The harvest takes place at the end of September, allowing the grapes to become naturally very high in sugar while maintaining enough acidity for balance
A luscious, naturally sweet dessert wine overflowing with dried figs, dark cherries, and wild blackberry jam. Silky and complex, it beautifully balances opulent fruit sweetness with a warming, spicy finish.
Ideal pairings include spiced tart with strawberry jam, dry pastries, and blue cheeses.
