Fantastic quality Italian vintage sparkling wine with complex flavour and texture from 1,000 days ('Milledi') lees ageing. Fresh and elegant with white flower and citrus notes. The palate is complex with brioche, citrus and apple fruit characters giving a lovely weight and texture. The mousse is fine and persistent.
1 x Montresor Satinato, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG - ABV 15%
Hints of mocha on the nose with ripe, sweet plummy fruit. Black cherry on the palate with a touch of damson and notes of dark chocolate. Rich and warming, well-balanced, with supple tannins and appealing freshness on the finish.

This wine is ruby red in colour with violet tones. It has intense and complex perfumes of red cherries and blackberries, with some spice and leather which follow on to the palate. It has a rich and velvety texture, generous tannins and great length.
1 x  Ca' dei Frati, `I Frati` Lugana, Lombardia, Italy- ABV 13%
This wine is a pale yellow in colour, with a concentrated and fresh perfume of white flowers, peaches, spice and candied fruits. The `I Frati` has excellent depth and balance and a crisp, saline finish.

Pale gold in colour, this wine opens with a fresh, scented nose that shows hints of white fruit and the characteristic almond blossom notes of top quality Soave. Honeyed, waxy and complex on the palate, with a lovely citrus twist on the finish.
