Le Poussin is made by Sacha Lichine of Whispering Angel fame. The Pink Chick is a delicate, pale pink blend made mostly from Grenache with a little dash of Syrah to round it out. It has floral, rose petal scents on the nose and a dry, well balanced palate with supple summer fruits. This is a very  popular rosés, packed full of flavour, premium rose at a great price.
 
Serve with tuna salads, grilled red mullet or sardines, Mediterranean fish soup, cold meats and oriental spiced dishes.
