Pol Roger Brut Réserve displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fresh pears and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. 
 
1 x  Sandemans 10 Year Old Tawny Port - 20% ABV
The intense red tawny colour with shades of brick, typical of this style of aged yet youthful wine, anticipates the elegant and complex aroma, combining ripe fruit, jam and nuts, with hints of vanilla and raisins. In the mouth, Sandeman Porto Tawny 10 Years Old is a most flavoursome wine, full-bodied and appealing, with a persistent finish.
 
1 x Chateau Macquin Saint- Georges Saint Emilion, France - 14.5% ABV
Deep ruby red in colour, this wine shows intense aromas of ripe red fruits and spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper. The palate is full-bodied with perfectly concentrated flavours of cassis, raspberry and tobacco. Long finish and smooth tannins.
 
1 x Zolla Primitivo di Manduria, Puglia, Italy - 14%
Top!Top! Wine.This wine is ruby red in colour with violet tones. It has intense and complex perfumes of red cherries and blackberries, with some spice and leather which follow on to the palate. It has a rich and velvety texture, generous tannins and great length. An all round winner!!
 
1 x Tenuta Ulisse Montepulciano D' Abruzzo, Italy  - 14% ABV
Crushed dark berries, black cherries and baked earth characterise the nose while on the palate there is an abundance of rich dark fruit flavours complemented by a full body and soft, smooth tannins.
 
1 x Jean Claude Boisset "Les Ursulines", Burgundy, France Pinot Noir - 13% ABV
Well Renowned top Burgundy Producer. Bright ruby red in colour with pronounced aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry married with hints of black pepper. On the palate, flavours of juicy red fruits and sweet spice are well-balanced with a bright, lifted acidity and round, silky tannins.
 
1 x Bodega Luis Canas Rioja Reserva, Spain - 14.5%
Deep cherry-red wine with aromas of black fruit and fruit compote, spices and brioche that echo on the palate. Long, elegant and silky.This wine pairs well with white meats such as chicken and turkey, stews, vegetable dishes, rice, tapas and semi-cured cheeses.
 
1 x Greywacke Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand - 13.5%
Enticing aromas of cassis, lemon sorbet and green mango, with a delicate dusting of white pepper spice. On the palate, juicy Winter Cole pear and baked apple pie notes are lifted by fragrant layers of elderflower and ripe citrus. An elegant yet striking interpretation of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
 
1 x Clos de L’Église, Single Vineyard Mâcon-Charnay, Burgundy
Sourced from 30-50 year old vines from a single vineyard, sited next to a church. Ripe citrus notes on the nose, with a complex palate which balances richness with a gently herbaceous and mineral streak. Perfect Christmas Burgundy.
 
1 x Fantini Calalenta Pecorino Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo, Italy  - 13%
Lively straw yellow in colour with green hues, this Pecorino displays delightful aromas of white stone fruit and pears on the nose, with hints of balsamic. On the palate, it shows excellent intensity and concentration, with a round body. It is wonderfully balanced, with both a soft texture and vibrant freshness on the finish.
 
1 x Domaine des Brosses, Sancerre, Loire, France- 13%
The Domaine des Brosses Sancerre has aromas of white flowers, pear and apricots, coupled with a racy acidity that is typical of Sancerre. The wine remained on its fine lees for several months to add weight and texture to the palate.
 
1 x Tenuta Olim Bauda, Gavi Di Gavi, DOCG, Piedmont, Italy - 12.5%
The elegant Cortese grapes are grown on the vineyards of San Martino farmhouse in the community of Gavi, and only the highest quality are selected to produce this stunning wine. A fine bouquet of good intensity and persistence with floral notes, Olim Bauda's Gavi di Gavi is fresh, soft, harmonious and has a delightful finish. Great with white meats.
