The fog and the mountain are integral to the creation of Fog Mountain wines. The mountain slopes offer unique soils and a climate ideally-suited for responsible sustainable agriculture. The fog cools the vineyards, preserving fresh acidity and lengthening the ripening period for the development of complex aromatics. Grapes for this wine are selected predominantly from vineyards across California’s North Coast.
 
The bouquet of this Merlot has raspberry and strawberry aromas. On the palate, flavours of black cherry and chocolate are complemented by notes of cinnamon and vanilla. This medium-bodied wine has soft tannins and supple finish.
