A very ripe and unusually rich example of Loire Sauvignon Blanc.

The nose is pronounced with citrus, a subtle smokiness, and a herbaceous edge. The palate is rounded with lemon flesh and sharon fruit with a touch of pepper. The ripe acidity gives this wine a lovely long finish that is both fruity and mineral.

Goes with just about anything! Traditionally salmon, mussels or crab/lobster and chicken or veal, but also mushroom dishes, particularly an omelette.
