This Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in colour with green tints. It has an expressive nose, marrying grapefruit, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue onto the palate, which is round, fleshy and framed by a delicate touch of sweetness.
 
2 x Ca di Alte Sauvignon Blanc, Veneto, Italy - 14% ABV
Pale yellow in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc is intensely fragrant with ripe varietal characteristics of mango and pineapple. It has good acidity with a long, fresh finish.
 
2 x Diez Siglos Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Rueda, Spain - 13% ABV
Appealing varietal aromas of nettle and green fruits balanced by tropical notes. The palate is vibrant with juicy grapefruit acidity, herbaceous characters and good length.
