The Glera grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Veneto, overlooked by the Dolomites. They're hand-harvested at the end of September from Guyot-trained vines, which are planted in well-draining, fairly stony soils. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the wine light and fruity, and the second fermentation takes place in tank.
Soft and delicate fruit and floral aromas give way to peach notes on the palate, with an appealing texture and fresh finish. Perfect aperitif wine, or serve with light salads and starters.
