This fantastic Sauvignon Blanc has a secret and that is that it has no alcohol.
 
Made like normal wine with the alcohol extracted in an innovative way to retain the classic characters of the wine. It is pale yellow in colour, with a bright floral nose and citrus character. On the palate the fruit is fresh and juicy with notes of lemon and clementine with juicy apples balanced with a crisp acidity. Great with Tapas, appetizers and starters, soft cheeses, and nuts. Its particular flavour is a good pairing to fish and seafood, smoked salads, rice and vegetables.
 
The grapes are immediately separated from the stalk. After light pressing, the must is racked and clarified to proceed with fermentation for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature between 10 and 16°C. This will allow us to maintain the fruity character of the wine. Subsequently, the alcohol has been extracted using an innovative procedure that preserves the organoleptic properties of the wine.
