Super Value Smooth Pinot Noir
 
This  Pinot Noir comes from around the village of Puicheric, close to Carcassonne. Influenced by both the Aude river and the Canal du Midi, this is a landscape of low rolling hills, shallow soils and controlled yields. The soils are chalky clay and the cooling effect of the strong northerly winds, which results in cool night time temperatures, provides ideal conditions to manage yield and achieve high quality. The results are small bunches and small berries which produce perfectly balanced, perfumed Pinot.
 
Red ruby colour. Aromatic nose of black cherries with elegant floral notes. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is silky and well balanced, with smooth tannins.
