The Killerman’s Run Collection is masterfully composed from Kilikanoon’s diverse vineyard sites and sub-regions, delivering an elegant and approachable style. The Killerman’s Run Shiraz is made from premium parcels of fruit selected from right across the Clare Valley. Traditional winemaking techniques; including pumping over by hand, basket pressing and keeping all parcels separate until the final assemblage, has created a wine of tremendous varietal power, regional character and consistent quality.
 
Brick red in appearance with youthful crimson tints. Enhanced aromatics of dark fruits, kitchen spices, fresh tar and cedary oak notes feature prominently on the nose. Impressive structure, complexity and generosity of flavour a hallmark of this Shiraz, the dark fruit and spice flavours carry over confidently from the nose, beautifully balanced and supported by subtle oak, natural tannins and acid infusion in a long sculptured palate.
 
 Try with Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings, Moroccan Lamb Pizza or try with a rich vegetable ragu. Will cellar well for at least 12-15 years
