Colour: Gold colour

Nose : intense and complex nose of brioche, nut and pineapple, together with lime-blossom and quince aromas.

Palate : full bodied, rich, remarkable length in the mouth.

Cellaring : In the first five years you will enjoy its fruit aromas which will then turn into more mature aromas.

Food & Wine Pairing : This wine has character and can be drunk anytime in the day. Ideal served at 10°C with fish and other seafood. Also excellent with cheese: goat, old Cantal. Will also pair perfectly with “foie gras”.
