Traditionally held on the third Thursday every November, Beaujolais Nouveau is a day of celebration in France, full of fireworks and festivities. The day marks the arrival of the latest vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau, a French wine that is drunk fresh from the harvest – which is quite unusual when it comes to wine consumption! Beaujolais Nouveau wines are produced from macerated Gamay grapes that are handpicked in the Beaujolais province.
The Beaujolais Nouveau harvest started on 13 September, and this light-bodied red wine will be ready to drink on 18 November. We currently have a limited allocation available - to guarantee your order, please pre-order now.
Please note that due to unpredictable lead times, we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Beaujolais Nouveau Day on November 18th. We’re confident production will happen in good time, and we’ll do all we can to prioritise shipment, however in the case of a delay, we will expect pre-orders to be honoured.
