The Psychopomp Micro-Distillery is a small, independent distillery in Bristol producing craft distilled gin in small batches and limited quantities. . This latest distillation for Autumn 2016 is ‘Papa Ghede’ which is packed with juniper, coriander, angelica root, liquorice root, cassia, orange zest, beetroot and cocoa beans… and it is delicious.
